Refund Policy

The short version

A payment buys a position in the game and is delivered instantly — your rank updates the moment the payment settles. Because delivery is immediate and irreversible, payments are generally non-refundable once your entry is live.

When you DO get a refund

• Rejected entries: every entry is human-moderated before going live. If we reject your entry for a content violation before it is published, you receive a full refund — automatically.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges: if you were charged twice for the same move, or a technical fault on our side charged you incorrectly, we refund the difference in full.
• Anything else: email us within 14 days of the payment and we'll look at it case by case, in good faith.

What a refund does

• The rank that payment bought is removed from your entry.
• Any kickback credit that payment generated for another player is reversed.
• Credit you spent as part of a refunded payment is not restored.

How to request one

Email 1anfibi@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, with the payment date and amount. We reply within 2 business days.
